We kindly ask that while the item(s) are in your possession, you take reasonable and appropriate care of them, ensuring they are returned to us in "as new" condition and in their original and undamaged packaging. Once we receive the goods, we will issue refunds to the same payment method used for the original order. Please note that we will only refund your delivery cost if the return is due to our error, such as a faulty product. If you wish to return an order due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for all delivery costs when returning goods to our stores. Additionally, a fee may apply if the item(s) returned have diminished in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect their features and characteristics. To qualify for return:

  • In case you encounter any problems with your purchase, please get in touch with us at
  • Goods must be in the original undamaged packaging
  • You must have your receipt for proof of purchase
  • Do not attempt to repair the item yourself or give it to anyone else to repair it

You have no grounds for redress if:

  • You were told about a defect before you purchased the item (for example, if the goods were marked as 'Shopsoiled')
  • You examined the item before you bought it and should have seen/been aware of the defect
  • You broke or damaged the product

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

    Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

    Most banks and credit card companies take a few days to process refunds. We recommend you allow up to a week to see your refund on your account.
